Free Tools
Small pieces of software we built for our own print work, given away free. They run in your browser, they don't ask who you are, and your files never leave your computer. Download any of them and they keep working offline.
DTF Gang Sheet Builder
Packs your artwork onto a gang sheet automatically and exports a print-ready 300 DPI transparent PNG. Trims to the film you actually used and tells you which length to order.
For anyone ordering DTF transfers by the foot and tired of laying sheets out by hand.
Getting artwork ready
Background Remover
Strips the background out of a logo or design and gives you a clean transparent PNG. Click to pick the colour, tune the edge softness, and trim the empty space off automatically.
For getting customer artwork print-ready when it turns up on a white square.
Image Resizer
Set the printed size you actually want in inches and get a PNG built to exactly that many pixels, with the resolution written into the file. Transparency survives.
For when a shop asks for "11 inches wide at 300 DPI" and you need it exact.
Batch Converter
Drop in a whole folder of artwork and get it all back the same: same printed size, same resolution, background stripped, trimmed. Comes back as one zip.
For prepping a customer's twenty logo files without opening twenty tabs.
Roster → Gang Sheet
Paste a team roster and it builds every name and number as artwork, nests them tight, and exports one print-ready 300 DPI sheet.
For team and league orders — what used to be an hour of laying out text by hand.
Mockup Maker
Drop a photo of a blank garment and your design on top, drag it into place, and blend it into the fabric so it reads as a real shirt.
For getting a customer to approve the art before you press anything.
Image Compressor
Shrink images so pages load and emails actually send. Convert to WebP or JPEG, cap the size, and see exactly how much you saved.
For anyone whose photos are too big to send or too slow to load.
Colour Palette Extractor
Pulls the colours a design is actually made of, as HEX and RGB, with a plain-English name and a downloadable swatch sheet.
For matching vinyl, thread or a blank to artwork a customer sent you.
Working it out
Print Size & DPI Calculator
Drop an image in and see how big it can print before it goes soft — or work backwards from the size you want to the pixels you need. Includes the usual garment placement sizes.
For settling the "is this file big enough?" question before you waste film on it.
Apparel Job Pricing Calculator
Works out what a job really costs you — blanks, transfers, your time, setup, waste — then what to charge to keep the margin you meant to keep. Shows quantity price breaks.
For anyone quoting off the top of their head and quietly losing money on small runs.
Heat Press Settings Chart
Starting temperature, time, pressure and peel for DTF, HTV, sublimation and screen print transfers, across six fabrics — with the warnings that matter on nylon, poly and tri-blends.
For the moment you have the press hot and the spec sheet missing.
QR Code Generator
Encodes your link straight into the code — no redirect in the middle, so nothing tracks the scan and it can never expire or be pointed somewhere else. PNG, or SVG for print.
For putting on a shirt, a sign or a card and never thinking about it again.
Print Readiness Checker
Drop a file and get a pass/fail on the things that ruin transfers: resolution, missing transparency, leftover background, hairline detail, wasted space.
For catching a bad file before you pay to print it.
Team Order Form
Track who wants what size, with names and numbers, and get the size breakdown automatically. Exports CSV or a printable sheet, and saves as you type.
For group and team orders that arrive as a messy text message.
Label Sheet Builder
Gang labels onto one page — one per line from a list — with common layouts, nudge controls for printer drift, and a 300 DPI export.
For product, address and shipping labels without wrestling a word processor.
Why they're free
These started as tools for our own jobs. Giving them away costs us nothing and saves somebody else an afternoon.
No trial, no credit card, no "upgrade to export". Nothing is held back behind a paywall.
There is no server behind any of them. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or looked at — which is also why they work offline.
We do tech repair, handyman work, detailing and websites out of Ironwood, MI. That's the only ask.
