Why this one is different

Your art stays yours

There is no server. Every image is processed inside your own browser, so nothing is uploaded, stored or seen by anyone else.

Real 300 DPI output

The resolution is written into the PNG itself, so your print shop reads the physical size correctly instead of guessing.

Tight automatic nesting

Rectangle packing with optional 90° rotation. In testing it hit the theoretical maximum — 80 pieces at 3.5" on a 5 ft sheet.

Trims to what you used

Half-empty sheet? It shrinks the file to the film you actually filled and tells you how much room is left over.

Handles huge sheets

A 20 ft sheet at 300 DPI is 6,600 × 72,000 pixels. Most browser tools cannot build a file that tall. This one does.

Yours to keep

Download it once and it keeps working, offline, forever. Nothing to expire, nothing to subscribe to.

How it works

  1. Drop your artwork in. Transparent PNGs work best. You can also paste straight from your clipboard.
  2. Type the printed size. Set the width in inches for each design and how many copies you want. The aspect ratio locks so nothing gets stretched.
  3. Hit Auto-Nest. It packs everything onto the sheet, rotating where that helps, and starts a second sheet if it runs out of room.
  4. Export. You get a transparent 300 DPI PNG in your downloads folder, ready to upload to your print provider.

Gang sheet sizing cheat sheet

Most DTF shops print on 22 inch wide rolls and sell you the length. With the default quarter-inch margins that leaves 21.5 inches of usable width, and that number decides everything.

The half-inch trap. To fit two designs side by side, each must be 10.6875" or narrower — two of them plus the gap have to land inside 21.5". Go over that and only one fits per row, so the sheet holds half as much. A 10.6875" square gets you 10 per 5 ft sheet; bump it to 11.5" and you get 5. Same sheet, same price, half the shirts.

What fits on a 22" × 5 ft sheet

Design sizeHow many fitTypical use
3" × 1.5"233Tags, labels, small badges
3.5" × 3.5"80Left chest logos, pocket prints
4" × 4"70Sleeve and hat prints
9" × 2.25"56Sleeve strips, name bars
10.6875" × 10.6875"10Largest size that still fits two across
11" × 14"5Full front or full back

Counts assume 0.25" margins and a 0.125" gap between pieces. The builder works out the real number for your own mix automatically.

Questions people ask

Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no watermark, no export limit, no trial. Download it and keep it.
Do my files get uploaded?
No. There is no server behind it. Everything happens in your browser, which is why it still works with your internet switched off.
What format does my print shop get?
A transparent PNG at true 300 DPI — the format most DTF providers ask for. 150, 200 and 600 DPI are there too if you need them.
Should I mirror the sheet?
Usually not. Most printers and RIP software mirror it for you, and mirroring twice ruins the transfer. Only switch it on if your provider specifically asks for a mirrored file.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes — importing, sizing, nesting and exporting all work on a phone or tablet. Dragging pieces around by hand needs a mouse and keyboard.
Something is wrong or missing. Can you fix it?
Send us a message. This is a tool we built for our own work and we keep improving it.
